DESCRIPTION:

Tasmanian Poppy Seeds
Papaver somniferum (opium poppy)

This unique poppy visibly changes color as it matures.
The open flowers have the most beautiful purple hues with dark purple blotches.

Then flowers fade to a very pale purple, almost white color.
In a large planting the difference in colours is very striking.
Sow in Spring, they bloom in Summer and Fall.

Height 3-4 feet. Blue/green foliage. Plant in full sun. Annual.
